Our Guarantee
If any product you order does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (if prepaid) or credit to your account (if we’ve billed you.) No questions asked. We ask that you decide within 30 days whenever possible, but more time is never a problem.
For services, we won’t start work until you approve the scope of work and the proposed fee and authorize us to begin.
Shipping & Handling
On product orders shipping and handling is 10% of the amount invoiced with a $9.50 minimum.
Payment Terms
You may pay by major credit card, or with approved credit we will invoice on open account. Terms are net 30. Delinquent accounts are charged a 1.5%/month finance charge.
