What is your return policy and product guarantee?
Our guarantee is simple: If what you order does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (if prepaid) or credit to your account (if we’ve billed you.) No questions asked. We ask that you decide within 30 days whenever possible, but more time is never a problem.

May we preview an item before we order?
We’re happy to send you sample booklets, brochures, and newsletters at no charge. Video and DVD orders are treated as sales in our system. However, our return policy provides you flexibility to review and approve before your order is final. In viewing a program after you receive it, if you find that it does not meet your needs you may return in for a full refund or credit you your account.

What are your Shipping & Handling charges?
We will add 10% of your total order or a minimum of $9.50, whichever is larger, to your invoice to cover shipping and handling.

What are your payment terms?
For approved open accounts our payment terms are 30 days net, firm. Please note that all negotiated price discounts are expressly conditioned on prompt payment within terms. Delinquent accounts accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month. On custom projects we typically ask for partial advance payment on an agreed schedule of progress billings.

What is the scope of our license for use of videos and DVDs we purchase from IlluminAge?
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all IlluminAge videos and DVDs are sold for use at a single site by the original purchaser only. Any duplication, transmission, resale, or other use or distribution is prohibited unless approved by IlluminAge in advance and in writing. Generous discounts are available on request for company-wide, multi-site use. Closed circuit and local digital reuse permission is available for an additional charge based on scope of intended use.
