Chelsea Revere Winthrop Elder Services
www.crwelderservices.org
- Challenge:
- As a small nonprofit, CRW Elder Services understood the need for an online presence, but because they didn’t have in-house technical people, they needed a partner who could translate their goals into an effective website.
- Solution:
- After successfully using IlluminAge’s emergency readiness training program, CRW was pleased to find out IlluminAge also offers website services to organizations serving older adults and caregivers.
- “We are so pleased with the feedback we have received on our new website - compliments came in from state officials and consumers. It was exciting to hear the site compared favorably to others, and reassuring that even for those consumers who were less tech-savvy than others they were able to easily use our new website.”

Barrington Area Council on Aging
www.bacoa.org
- Challenge:
- Prepared with a great website plan, a committed marketing team and executive director, the only thing the Barrington Area Council on Aging (BACOA) was lacking in their website redesign project was the right partner to guide them through the process.
- Solution:
- The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (N4A) Conference brought BACOA in touch with colleagues who highly recommended their current website service provider - Caresource. Caresource brought the technical know-how and a firm understanding of the needs of aging services agencies to the project - completing BACOA’s website redesign team!
- “We set out to redesign our site and make it more useful, timely and informative. Connie spent a lot of time talking to us about our needs and our goals for the Web site, and was extremely helpful making suggestions for navigation, pointing us toward photo sources and consulting on copy. The design process was smooth and efficient, and Aaron is the master of the quick turnaround-whether it was making changes or finding answers to questions (and taking the time to explain them clearly). It was a pleasure to work with the Caresource team.”

Parkway Manor Health Center
www.parkwaymanorhc.com
- Challenge:
- Parkway Manor wanted to bring its first generation website, created with the first edition of MS Frontpage many years ago, up-to-date with a more modern look and feel. They were looking for a provider that understood their work.
- Solution:
- In reviewing the websites of some colleagues in New Jersey, their administrator found that many, including his own trade association, had worked with Caresource. With a simple email request the project was underway within a few weeks! Because of our experience with other senior care communities, we were able to quickly identify the needs of Parkway Manor, simplify the planning process, and deliver a top-notch website redesign solution.
- “Caresource quickly put together a plan for my site that kept the project organized and they managed the project as we progressed. They have a great eye for design - we are truly proud of the new website!”
- - Steven Cicchino, LNHA, Parkway Manor Health Center
Louisiana Nursing Home Association
www.lnha.org
- Challenge:
- LNHA, a great member-based association, realizes it's time to redesign their first-generation website. They want expanded functionality from their members, to work with a company that understands and cares about seniors and healthcare and that provides quality and customer service.
- Solution:
- LNHA already has that great relationship - with Caresource! They develop a list of goals for the next generation of their website. We work with them on translating their goals and the needs of their members and the consumers of senior care they serve into a robust new website plan with a new look and feel that is fresh, but remains consistent with the identity of their organization.
- “Caresource has been our website services provider for seven years. When it came time to redesign our site, there was no question that we wanted to continue our relationship with Caresource. Not only are the Caresource staff knowledgeable about the web communications that we need, but their team is also very responsive to our needs for changes and updates, immediately for those that are time-sensitive. During the hurricanes Katrina and Rita, they ensured that the most up-to-date information was on our site at all times, sometimes responding to our needs on the weekend, and doing all of the disaster related work free of charge.”
- - Julie Brady, Executive Secretary, Louisiana Nursing Home Association
Alzheimer’s Association of Western and Central Washington
www.alzwa.org
- Challenge:
- A thriving non-profit association providing wonderful services throughout the region and enjoying the benefit of a very active volunteer base had a website that was not keeping time with them. Visitors, those seeking service and those who wanted to participate in fundraising programs, could not easily access information through the website. The first generation website was developed by a devoted staff member, who had a myriad of other responsibilities in the organization in addition to the website.
- Solution:
- The association called on the professionals, realizing that they could let their team do what they do best, and more cost-effectively manage the website by using outside support. We worked with the association to organize the information on their current site and identified information that was not currently being included. We translated this into a user-friendly site plan, and then, turned that site plan into a website consistent with their organizational branding needs.
- “I am very pleased with our new website. I worked with Connie and Aaron at Caresource, and they were wonderful to work with during the redesign process. We received excellent feedback from the community regarding our new website, and its usability and professional look speak for themselves. This project was a very good investment of my time, and I am a happy customer.”

Wedding & Portrait Photographers International Tradeshow Floorplan
www.coniferpublishing.com/wppi/tradeshow08
- Challenge:
- Wedding and Portrait Photographers International relies on their virtual tradeshow floor plan as an integral part of their yearly tradeshow - which is a sell out every year! In 2006, the company they had been working with was sold to an off-shore service provider - suddenly response time goes from 1 day to 3!
- Solution:
- IlluminAge customized its in-house tradeshow floor plan to reflect the functionality needs of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International. Throughout the initial set-up and for ongoing maintenance and support, we provided our standard level of customer service - acknowledgement of requests within hours...often with service already complete!
- “Thanks so much for everything you do to support our tradeshow floor plan - all your hard work and the AMAZINGLY short response time. (That was a real issue previously.) Aaron is so prompt!!!!!”
- - Sherry McFarland, Tradeshow Coordinator, Wedding and Portrait Photographers International
