Program III - Problem Behavior and Emergencies (14 minutes)
Introduces feeding assistants to skills they will need to be ready for those times when things don't go as planned; for example, when:
- A resident begins to choke
- A resident won't eat
- A resident is agitated or abusive
- A resident falls
- There's a fire or other emergency in the facility
