As we say on our home page, the organizations we serve fall into five main groups:

However, there are two more accurate ways of describing who we serve.
In each of our client organizations, there is an individual or small team responsible for the communications program. Their job is to inform, motivate, and empower. In one sense, these are the people we really serve. Our job is to make them more successful and efficient in what they do than they would be without us.
These days, education and outreach solutions are more numerous and more sophisticated than ever - and continuing to grow more so by the day. We work with our clients to make sure they are on top of changes in technology. We provide high quality design, content and infrastructure. And because we specialize in healthcare, senior living, and aging services, we understand in detail the environment in which our clients function and the communication challenges they face.
Looking at it in another and equally important way, we serve the audiences we help our clients reach. A goal we share with our clients is to provide to the end user information that is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understood - information that contributes in meaningful ways to better healthcare, higher quality of life, and smart decisions.
