After more than 30 years with a team I love and respect, I’ve stepped back from full-time work and firm leadership responsibilities. What a joy it is to see our company grow over the years, to now transition to reduced time, and to see IlluminAge and its clients in such strong, capable hands. I’m delighted to continue being actively involved serving clients and weighing in on how IlluminAge can best respond to our clients’ ever-changing needs.

As IlluminAge has grown over the years, one characteristic we’ve always tried to nurture is being a bit “old-school” when it comes to service and client relations. So many firms these days let automation – in one form or another – get between them and their clients. At IlluminAge, our goal is to be as personally accessible and responsive as we can be. Early in my career I had the good fortune to practice law in a firm where wise senior partners modeled professionalism, integrity, resourcefulness, and, above all, client service. I like to think that ethic has carried over to our whole staff and especially IlluminAge’s next generation of employee owners.
