I have come full circle as a Seattle native. I was born in Seattle, and then my family made a series of cross-country moves while I was growing up. We spent time in Alaska, Kansas, Virginia and Missouri. As an adult, I moved back to Seattle.

My first career was in film and television production. After scraping by as a freelancer for a few years, I began working at KIRO TV. That lasted for about 15 years, until computer automation started encroaching. I went back to school, studied web design and development, and began a second career.

When I’m not working I like to noodle around (not very well) on my guitar and play with Jacques the Cat. The rest of my immediate family settled in Spokane, so I drive over every so often for a visit.
