Join us for this up-close look at social media and how it can expand your outreach to older adults and the senior care network. Our presenter will be Irene Stewart, planning, newsletter, and social media coordinator at Aging and Disability Services, the Area Agency on Aging for Seattle-King County. In addition to many other responsibilities, Irene maintains three active Facebook pages and provides editorial direction and content for AgeWise King County, a regional eNewsletter and email program.
In this session, Irene will focus on the importance of editorial planning, diverse content sources, and discipline in managing your organization’s social media efforts.
Participants will:

- Explore examples of highly successful social media programs and the planning tools that make them possible, even in the face of limited financial and staff resources.
