About the plug-in
The Tradeshow Floorplan Plug-in is a stand-alone WordPress plug-in that can be published to the URL of your preference – either a subdomain of your current site or a new URL that we can help you purchase. It shows a floorplan of your exhibit area, along with special features for both exhibitors and attendees, including:
- Booths are color-coded as “available” or “occupied,” making it easier for exhibitors to select a spot. Booths can also be color coded according to membership or sponsorship levels.
- Exhibitors can reserve an available booth using an online registration form with optional credit card payment.
- Attendees can use the plug-in to plan their visits to the exhibit area. When they mouse over an occupied booth, a pop-up box provides the name of the exhibitor, a website link, description and other information the exhibitor provides.
The IlluminAge web team developed this plug-in in response to a client that wanted an inexpensive interactive floorplan tool. We responded, and now you can add the same tool to your site. Check out these examples:
