We were pleased to work with our client, the Washington Health Care Association, to create a membership directory app that allowed WCHA members to gain instant access to fellow members from their smartphones, tablets, and desktops. WHCA recently launched the app, which was welcomed with enthusiasm by members.
Director of Member Services Brenda Orffer said, “The directory app puts up-to-date information in the hands of our members and provides ease of connectivity. With more than 3,500 views in its first 60 days, it is clear our members are enjoying this resource and utilizing the information and tools it puts at their fingertips.”
The app also received the Washington Society of Association Executives’ award for innovation.
