Raised in just about every part of the country, Seattle is my chosen home. Inspired by the juxtaposition of sea and mountains with technology and research, I believe it’s possible to be many things at once. So, I am a passionate advocate for selfcare, healthcare, and deathcare and am someone who loves sharing information from new perspectives.  

IlluminAge allows me to use my joy in both to make an impact for others. 

In addition to writing and social media, I have run a statewide program for advance care planning, served as a technical advisor for an award-winning short film, and coauthored medical journal articles. Currently, I also own BOANN, a company committed to personalized, empowered health and end-of-life care, transformed through comprehension, creativity, and compassion.  

My favorite companions are my hubby of 15 years and our dog Finn who is 11. I encourage everybody to find their joy today – and everyday.
